All the Strange Classrooms I post are really about just one thing, how to overcome mental illness, whether it is an addiction problem or one of the ABC illnesses.
No degree, actually not even very well educated formally. But, have walked, still wall on occasion in The Abyss and managed to get out. These are the things that make it possible, from a guy the as voted the least likely to succeed in his AA Group.
One of the most important things is to make sure you take time out to see things like the photos below, taken this morning on St Lucia Beach. I know the immediate reaction. “I am not as lucky as you, I cannot afford to get to places like this!” Bullshit! To be my usual blunt self. Stop feeding the medical profession and feed yourself. Leave the drugs, the psychologist visits out, you will save more than enough money to treat yourself to a break at least once a month. Now you say Bullshit. Yeah? Go get Januaries doctors and chemist bills out, add them up and the speak to me.
